Monitoring Performance
The Verizon Media Ad Platform interface provides the tools, technology and insight to help DSPs understand current performance, adapt to market changes and grow revenue.
Bidder Performance Reporting
The Bidder Performance report is available to all bidders. The RTB Subscription Data Usage report is an optional report only relevant to Nexage Connect partners.
The Bidder Performance report presents
- A consolidated view of bidder performance across all sites and seats
- Performance data available through the current day
- Sorting and drill down ability by Site, Seat, Deal, Bidder, Header Bidding, and Time (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
How to Run Reports
Select Bidder Performance from the Report dropdown.
Then select a preset date range or create a custom date range by selecting dates from the calendar.
Click apply to set the date range and then click GO to run the report.
Example Report
Drilling Down
To drill-down, double-click the row to analyze (or select a row and use the Add Dimension button to drill down). Then select the dimension to drill-down into. The drill-down options are Site, Seat, Deal, Bidder, Header Bidding, and Time options.
Select a dimension and the report refreshes with data broken down by the selection chosen.
Further sorting of data is accomplished by adding another drill-down dimension. However, Drilling into a Time dimension will eliminate the ability to drill down any further. If you choose to drill down into a Time dimension, it should be your last step in the drill down.
Rolling Up
Back out of any drill down by closing a dimension with the X button. The screen will refresh with the remaining filters.
Sorting Data
Customize reports by selecting (or deselecting) which columns to display using the dropdown on the top right.
Order the data within a column by clicking the header. Each time a column header is selected the entire report is resorted.
Running Multiple Reports
Every time a report is run, a new report widget is created and remain available until it is closed. Close a report widget using the x button (to remove it completely) or the collapse icon (to collapse the report temporarily).
- Refresh Icon - Click this icon to refresh a report. Refreshing a report, maintains any drilldowns already applied. For example, if a report was run a week ago using the "This Week" date range, then refreshing the report today will cause the report to return data for the current week.
- Close Report Icon - Closes the report (no data is retained).
- Collapse Icon - Use this arrow to expand or collapse the report and maintain the data.
Exporting Report Data
Any Verizon Media Ad Platform report can be exported as an Excel or CSV file. To export data, run the report, drill-down to the data you want to save, and then select Export from the Actions menu.
- Copy Icon - Copy data directly from the report by clicking the copy icon at the bottom of each report.
Data Dictionary
Some data in the Bidder Performance Report is not available after drilling down by Seat because Seat data only applies to actual bid performance data.
